Our skilled artisans strive for precision, but the beauty of handmade craftsmanship lies in its slight variations. Each piece carries its own unique character, crafted by the hands of friends and families.

Return window: Within 14 days of delivery
Condition: Unworn and in original condition with tags attached
Packaging: Please reuse original packaging if possible
The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer

Please be aware that clearance and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Faulty Garments

We take great care in handcrafting our products, but occasional imperfections can occur. If you receive a faulty item, please follow these steps:

Reach out to Customer Service  immediately with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
• We offer a 4-week warranty on manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.
• Our team will assess the issue and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or reimbursement.
• After 4 weeks, we consider signs of wear and tear or improper care as part of the garment’s natural life cycle.
• We may request the return of the faulty item for inspection before processing a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within up to 5 business days after returned item arrives at our warehouse.
• Refund Method:
Issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Store Credit/Gift Card Refunds:
-Full purchases are refunded to the original store credit or gift card.
-Partial Purchases will have the original amount reinstated, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Costs:
Delivery fees, duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Refund Confirmation:
You'll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
• Processing Time for Funds:
Please allow 3-5 Business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchange Processing

Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within up to 5 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
Request Details: Please specify your preferred style, size, and colour via email.
Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of processing.
Shipping Costs: We cover the outbound shipping for your exchange order.
Order Details: The exchange order must match the details of your original purchase.
Out-of-Stock Items: If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll reach out to offer an alternative, store credit or refund

Ownership & Liability

• Ownership of your order is transferred to you upon delivery.
• You are responsible for returned items until they arrive back at our warehouse.
• Satmaya Spirit is not liable for lost returns or any damage that occurs during return shipping.
• Returns may be refused if items do not meet our return policy or are not in acceptable condition.

Care Instructions

We strive to create long-lasting, sustainable clothing. Items that have not been properly cared for are not eligible for returns.

Please make yourself familiar with the care instructions which you can find on our website under "fabric care" and follow the washing, drying and storage recommendations to maintain the quality of your garment.
